For as long as I can remember, I have always loved cooking and being creative in the kitchen. After my first baby, I simply did not have the time (or energy) to always cook the “fancy” meals my husband was used to. Breakfast was a real issue for me so I set out to create, simple breakfasts I could prep that would nourish me, support my milk supply, and keep my husband happy (plus he could bring it to me in bed while I nursed the baby). That was just the start of this postpartum meal plan. There are tons of nourishing recipes to support you and your baby if it still applys!

A sample day:

Breakfast

Baked protein oatmeal with berries or Loaded breakfast casserole

Lunch

Chicken Caesar wrap with a side of veggies and chips

SNACKS

Postpartum Glow Smoothie

Pumpkin Seeds and fresh berries

Dinner

Pasta carbonara with pan fried zucchini

Don't overcomplicate meal time

Don’t miss out on these 4 weeks of easy-to-prep meals.

Izzy

Pregnant Mama

I am much more mindful when I eat when I have the meals and snacks. No more solo chocolate!

Elle

Postpartum and Pregnant Mama

Eating right is definitely becoming a real habit/just a normal part of my routine, and it feels GOOD.

Lauren

Pregnant Mama of 2

I love that the meals are simple, not fancy recipes. I don't have time for that and these all take 30 minutes or less!
